Using My Secure Labs
My Secure Labs provides online network and domain diagnostic utilities. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The tools are provided for troubleshooting and learning. You remain responsible for deciding whether a test is appropriate and for verifying results before acting on them.
Authorized and responsible testing
Run active network tests only against systems you own or have permission to test. Public availability of an address does not itself grant permission to probe it. Follow applicable laws and the target network's acceptable-use rules.
Do not use the service for unauthorized access, disruption, harassment, data theft or abusive scanning. Do not evade verification, rate limits or restrictions on private and reserved addresses. Access may be limited or blocked to protect the service and others.
Understanding the results
Results reflect a particular test location and time. Filtering, routing, caching and third-party data can affect them. An unanswered Ping does not prove that a website is offline; a valid certificate or a high diagnostic score does not establish that a system is secure.
IP location is approximate. Blocklist and registration data may be incomplete or outdated. Independently confirm findings before making security, operational or other consequential decisions.
Availability and planned features
The service is provided as available, without a commitment to uninterrupted access or a particular response time. Tools may change or be temporarily unavailable.
Regional probes and persistent report history marked as planned are not currently active. Illustrative reports are examples, not measurements of your target. Copy or download results you need to retain.
Inputs, results and third-party services
Do not submit passwords, API keys, private tokens or confidential information. Diagnostic inputs may be sent to external lookup providers or the target system to complete your request.
You may use and share results for legitimate purposes, subject to any applicable rights in third-party data. These terms do not transfer ownership of third-party software, fonts, map data or branding.
Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. My Secure Labs is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on incomplete results or misuse of the tools to the extent the law permits that exclusion.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not constitute a professional security assessment or replace your own operational controls.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Review the current terms when you use the service. The Privacy Policy explains how information is processed.
