Understanding the results

A and AAAA identify addresses; MX identifies mail routing; NS lists name servers; TXT contains text records. Missing records can be intentional. Cached answers can differ between resolvers during changes.

Which DNS record should I check for a website or email?

Use A for IPv4 addresses and AAAA for IPv6 addresses. MX identifies mail servers. TXT can contain SPF and other verification records; Email DNS Health checks the relevant email records together.
