IPv6 Readiness
Test a website’s IPv6 readiness. Check AAAA records and HTTPS connectivity, with certificate trust reported separately.
How to use IPv6 Readiness
Enter a domain to check AAAA records and HTTPS over IPv6. A certificate error may trigger an unverified connectivity retry, labelled separately.
Understanding the results
Review DNS, connectivity and certificate trust separately. These checks describe one test location and do not guarantee reachability from every network.
What does an IPv6 readiness test check?
It checks a domain’s AAAA records and HTTPS over IPv6. Certificate trust is reported separately from connectivity.
Is this a test of my own IPv6 connection?
No. This tests the website from one test location. Use What Is My IP to see the IPv4 and IPv6 addresses detected from your browser.
Why can a website have an AAAA record but fail HTTPS over IPv6?
The record publishes an address, but the IPv6 route, listener or firewall may still prevent the connection. Compare IPv4 and IPv6 HTTP results and review certificate findings separately.
